Government agencies that attended the briefing were Design Singapore Council (DSC), International Enterprise Singapore (IE), Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), Media Development Authority (MDA), PSB Academy, Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and SPRING Singapore.

- excerpt: On the evening of 28th May, Consulus Cato Partners generously opened their doors for the 2nd Designers Nite. Around 30 young designers, design professionals and academia gathered for the event. DAS president Lawrence Chong, started off with an update on upcoming events like the Design Business Forum, scheduled to be held on 30 June. Members were also invited to participate in the inaugural Singapore Designers Day to be held on the 16th of Oct or volunteer and join the various commissions like youth or business.
